I emailed Tracy from Hare, she said I could quote her:

“I guess I would say you have to trust the source. I have been in business since 1999. I would not be still here if I didn’t do what I say I do.
I also am inspected with Dept of Ag and FDA comes occasionally. I do have to supply receipts and information on where I source from. There is a big check list I go through yearly with the Dept of Ag in keeping my license.
I guess if someone really wanted to the could send my product in for an analysis as well which would verify what is in it. I would have no problem with that. I am an honest person.”
