Thank you for suggesting complaining to the BBB. I just did so on their website. Easy to do, and maybe it will help as I do see doggiefood.com is (was?) an accredited business.

Meanwhile, I have ordered from petflow.com and chewy.com. My chewy.com order arrived in just two days!
