I have a large breed dog that is a power chewer so chew toys and other chew things rarely last in my house. Ive used deer/elk antlers since he was little. Never had a problem digesting them, never broken a tooth and his teeth are not worn down. Ive also done the Yak chews. I really liked those as well and they are probably even easier to digest. Also dont ever hesistate to take something like that away from your dog if you feel they are working on it too fast. Deer antlers when he was young used to last for 5+ months. Now the latest one we’ve had so far is a couple weeks and he still has a long way to go on it. I always get one that is extremely oversized for him since he loves to carry it around in his mouth I dont want him accidently choking.

There are some sites ive read that demonise deer/elk antlers, however I’ve never had a single issue with them. My large dog doesnt break off huge chunks and swallow them so I doubt yours would either.
