Sounds like your 20yo cat is doing great! I add water to my old gal’s food too. She really likes it also. Sometimes I try to sneak her more food, but I always get caught!
None of my other cats need anymore food.

I tried some g/f WEF chicken pate this afternoon. They were all just kind of ok with it. The food looked good though. I’ll try another can in a couple of days to see if second time, they like it even better.
