When I say whole, I mean whole carcass head and all. I order grinds from Hare Today that have rabbit, fur and all, or quail, feathers and all, or I buy whole small rabbits, or other things from them. They also have whole carcass grinds that do not include fur, etc. I do cut up turkeys and feed them a different chunk every day until it’s gone, but mostly I buy grinds and other things from Hare Today. I do raise my own goats and have them butchered locally. The guy that does it, freezes the head and cuts it into chunks for me. That’s probably the grossest part.
