Turns out our pup (and most likely our other dog) have giardia. The fecal test came back positive today. So that would explain the stool issues, and loss of appetite in our germ shepherd.

They’re on panacur for 5 days, and again in 3 weeks. That should help along with the Fromm. Thanks everyone.
