Hi Gloria K. I have the TSM Stainless Steel Food Dehydrator with 5 stainless Steel Shelves. It was recommended to me by USATreats (one of the posters on DFA). It’s available at Amazon.

As to making biscuits and cookies, I’m sorry I can’t answer that question. I only use it as a dehydrator for making jerky and dehydrating fruits and veggies. Hopefully someone else will come on and answer that part of your question.
