We went to the vet this morning and he looked at, messed around with it some, and cleared away some of the yucky stuff on the outside of it. Without getting to see what came out of it, his best guess is that it was a cyst, as Patty though, and it just happened to be in that spot, under her whatever-that-is tumor-thing. He also said its not uncommon for these things to randomly flare up and bust open and ooze, and as long as it doesn’t seem to be nothing her, or become infected, we can just leave it alone. She’s on antibiotics for her mouth, so it should heal up with no problems.
