I’m not sure about clams being linked with hyper-t. I think it is the possible high levels of iodine in seafood that could be a cause of the disease. But, so is BPA in cans and PBDE fire retardants in furniture that are possible contributors as well. I wouldn’t worry about the clam. I fed my cats the seafood variety pack of Fancy Feast to my cats for years along with some kibble. I thought I was really feeding them well. The cans probably had BPA in the lining as well. I think with the amount of variety you are feeding, a little seafood isn’t going to hurt.
I’m glad the Wild Kitty went well. What did you mix it with?
