I am feeding my dogs the grain free beef as a topper right now a few days a week. They like this flavor much better than the low protein turkey. I put 3Tbs on top of their kibble, add warm water and stir it up. Their “output” is better after eating HK with their kibble than canned food toppers. I would stick to the higher protein grain free choices. My dogs like them better anyway. Maybe you could try to mix a little of the canned in with it and slowly decrease until your pup gets used to the consistency. Or, as I suggested aove, some applesauce really helped my dogs with the other less liked flavor.
