If those bumps were fatty tumors, then yes, it is possible. Fatty tumors may be the bodies way of isolating some toxins that the body is too busy to get rid of. So taking some of the garbage out of the diet allows the body to have time/energy to deal with those toxins and the reason for having fatty tumors disappears.
