She started out in the house, as a baby, but once she went out, she stayed out. Chicken poop is nasty. She went in the tackroom with a heat lamp. And since I have a nicely insulated tackroom, it’s just like being in the house, only smaller, so less drafty. She lived to be about 8 years old. I had other frizzles, cochens, and silkies at the same time, but she was just more special than the others. Her name was…Chicken Little.
