Wow. I obviously touched I nerve with you guys. I’m sorry for aiming at HDM? She gave some really detailed breakdowns on other forums about brands and foods and just seemed to have a lot of knowledge about dogs – from experience. I’m in no way saying someone else can’t help or aren’t as knowledgeable, but seeing as I posted in the wrong forum I didn’t plan on others jumping to my topic to help. My God, I just wanted some friendly advice. Yes, I try to brush his teeth (and fail) but I still use the gel. It’s my understanding that smaller dogs have more dental issues. I don’t want to add to it if I can. If “feed the dog canned and brush its teeth. Problem solved.” is all the best advice one can give, then yes, please just leave my message for HDM. Please let’s not do this.
