It is totally fine with me for you to feed that food for a rotation, if you are looking for permission. Lol! I’m not sure about the brewers rice or oat groats, but just for a few months with some canned food, they will be fine! There are probably millions of cats living on much much worse! You should definitely make use of that food!
When you have multiple cats, it’s sometimes hard to know who eats exactly what! They just seem to work it out. Although, I do hear some growling now and then when one cat encroaches another a little too soon!
