My dog also had this problem on blue wilderness grain free…. she even had slight blood in her stool. After much reading I found that some puppies can’t handle high protein in kibble and if stool was runny w/blood then she was being over fed(way too much protein) so I cut back her portion of kibble, but started adding toppers like eggs, sardines, cooked chicken, etc. And her stool problem went away. Since then, I learned Blue wilderness was too high in calcium so we have started her on Earthborn Meadow Feast(grain free) and she is doing well on that, it has a lower protein so I am still doing toppers. Also, adding plain canned pumpkin helps with loose stool.
