Regular fat yogurt isn’t really a thing here, unless I went with Greek yogurt. I’ll see what I can find though. The Publix (store) brand is either fruit, vanilla, or plain, all fat free, and most no sugar added (yuck and double yuck! LOL).

I don’t know that kefir would last long enough for how little I’d be using. It’s like milk, as far as using it after it’s opened, right? I’ll have to see if Publix even has plain kefir. I feel like they don’t… I’ll look next time I’m at work and report back with my findings 🙂
