Yes it does. And I plan to use lids on mine for the porch because it is gross to see a litter box on the porch, even though it’s a fairly large porch, when you are trying to relax and enjoy the day. Dogs are so gross, my JRT use to do the same thing. Luckily I only have to watch Bobby around horse manure!
