I take Susie to the local dog park, on Sundays there is always a lot of non-regulars. One day this woman comes in the park with a huge bowl full of dry dog food that was a “leftover”, when she sees the horror on my face, she tries to reassure me that everything is OK as the food is “beneful and good quality” I went bananas, grabbed Susie and as we were walking away I told her that she cannot feed stranger’s dogs and especially cardboard food.

Needless to say, I do not go to the dog park on the weekends anymore.
