Sorry to hear your guy isn’t feeling so well. I am not sure how helpful I can be, but what I would do if I were in your shoes is start contacting your local SPCA, Humane Society, and rescues. I am sure they will be able to provide you with some information for low cost vet services. I did a quick Google search using “veterinary care low income” and quite a few sites came up for the area I live in. My advice to you is to get him to a Vet as quick as possible as this condition can quickly become very painful, critical, and more costly to treat as time passes. Hoping the best for both of you!
