Been subscribing to Maev since 2023, decided to cancel this year. Their website didn’t let me edit shipping frequency and within 3 weeks I got two shipments of 20 lbs of food each. I called customer service to say i didn’t receive a pre notification for the second shipment, and since their website was malfunctioning, can they refund/cancel the second order. Said they’d check if they sent the email and call me back within a day. They didn’t. Terrible customer service after spending thousands of dollars, especially compared to what other dog food brands would do.
