My take is that if you accept money for services provided, then you better make sure those services are provided. If those services are not provided, refund the money. If not, you are just a SCAMMER. Which Cat Lane is.
Definitely many other better choices out there so please do not use Cat Lane. SHE IS A SCAMMER.
