Please take your puppy to a veterinarian, asap.

And I would stop all milk products immediately. I would feed bland soft food only, no dry kibble for now.
See what the vet that examines him advises.
Don’t be foolish, puppies are vulnerable to dehydration and other things and can go down hill fast, get professional advice, not the internet.
