Have you tried home cooked meals, removing toxins from the house, switching to stainless bowls, feeding home grown probiotics like milk kefir, try turmeric & pepper, goat milk from primal? My dogs don’t do well on grain free but we feed Tender and True and they do great but I cook for them too.
