When she is stable, Zignature is a quality food (imo). Stop worrying about ingredients and quality, she needs the calories right now, no matter how she gets them. She could probably use a little extra salt right now. You want to jump start the appetite, that is the goal.
I would pick up another rotisserie chicken 🙂
