I am trying to switch my 11 weeks old puppy from Orjien Puppy to something else. I try to add a little Zignature Zessential yesterday. He end up having muddy stool every 2-3 hours. He usually get 5-6 stool everyday. He had 9-10 yesterday.

I called the vet this morning and was told just monitoring him. Anything else I should do?
