They also have a 6 meal version. If my beagle Rosie misses any of her snacks she will vomit, just like your dog. It’s called Bilious Vomiting Syndrome. As far as the pepcid goes, I usually give Rosie’s to her with her breakfast in the morning although it can be more helpful to give it before meals.
