Regarding the price change you saw. Chewy pre-PetSmart buyout was notorious for not adhering to MSRP. Some companies like Champion were extremely strict with them about it, others didn’t notice. Zignature was one that my boss and I caught being sold well under MSRP and alerted Zignature about. PetSmart might be going through now and making sure all products sold are at MSRP.
