Vermonter, mom to two great fur babies. Persephone, our English chocolate Lab, and our newest member, Penelope (I know, two P names was a mistake!), our shelter rescue mutt. It said, "Lab mix" on her cage, but who knows what the heck she is! It doesn't matter. Both of my girls are bundles of endless love (and energy!). I'm a teacher on sabbatical, so this is the perfect time to raise a new puppy.
