I asked Akari on the Coupons thread, thanks guys! Lily has never worn a coat in the time I’ve had her, no idea about the first three years of her life. I’ll try taking a walk with it on next time it rains, which should be soon because it has poured and is supposed to pour more. It has these weird leg straps that do not look comfortable, so I might just not use them. The coat will still work.
