The reason many foods have pulled out of Chewy is because:
They (Chewy aka Petsmart) are pushing prices down and manufacturers are not happy about it citing they don’t want small retailers to be put out of business, so they pulled their products to prevent the lower price being available.

Don’t get me wrong I love Chewy and recommend it to a lot of people along with adoptive dog families thru my rescue.

I did notice Petsmart and Petco and now Petsupplies plus have met Chewy’s prices
