Review guidelines
Be honest and fair — only review products you’ve actually used, and don’t submit a review if you work for or have a financial relationship with the brand.
Be specific — include as many details as possible.
Focus on the food, not the brand — no comments on pricing, shipping, customer service, etc.
No diagnoses — tell us what you personally observed in your dog: appetite, digestion, coat, energy, etc, but don’t claim the food cured, treated, prevented or caused any health condition.
Be respectful — constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks and offensive language are not.
Be realistic with star ratings — do minor issues or honest mistakes really merit one star?
By submitting a review, you confirm that it reflects your genuine, first-hand experience and agree to our Terms of Use.
