How can I sign up to get dog food recall alerts?
Due to anti-spam laws, you’ll need to join our automated system yourself.
Please visit our dog food recall alerts sign-up page and enter your primary email address. Then, follow the simple online instructions to verify your desire to be notified.
You’ll be sent an email that confirms your successful enrollment in our free Dog Food Recall Alert Notification Service.
How can I change my email address for recall alerts?
Since our Recall Alert System is completely automated and also regulated by anti-spam law, we’re unable to change your email address for you.
However, at the bottom of any alert you receive from us, you should see a link that says, “Change Subscriber Options”. Click on that link and change your email address yourself.
Or if you’re unable to find a previous email alert from us still inside your inbox, you can simply visit our sign up page and register again using your new email address.
Has a particular dog food or treat been recalled?
Dog food recalls occur on a random basis. So, we keep a list of all US and Canadian events going back to October 2009.
You can view this list by clicking the Recalls link located in the red navigation bar at the top of every page on our website. We are not aware of any other recall if you don’t see it on our list.
Why have I stopped getting recall alerts?
If you haven’t received an email alert from us for a while, it could be because there haven’t been any recent recalls to report.
Or they may be getting trapped in your own spam filter.
Unfortunately, if you still cannot find the last alert we sent you, your emails may be blocked by your own email service provider. You’ll need to contact that company for help.
Keep in mind…
Recall events are random and occur on an irregular basis. So, we keep a list of all recalls going back to October 2009 posted on our website.
You can view this list by clicking the Recalls link located in the red navigation bar at the top of every page on our website. We are not aware of any other events that have not been included on our list.
If you still believe you’re having a problem receiving recall alerts, please contact Guest Support. Be sure to include the actual email address you used when you signed up for our Recall Alerts list
