I’m asking because I’ve been looking into I and I’m trying to understand what people actually think beyond short impressions. I’m genuinely curious about whether it’s something that can make a real difference or if the experience varies a lot depending on the person.

My context is improving focus and productivity during deep work sessions, especially when tasks require sustained attention. I’m trying to figure out which features are better in real use, how it compares vs other productivity apps, and what kind of workflow it fits best. a lot of apps sound promising, but not all of them feel worth it long term.

I’ve tried a few productivity apps before with mixed results, and some helped briefly before becoming easy to ignore or forget about.
