I have been feeding Orijen for a few years and I’m not happy about their decision to produce food in KY only for sale to the US consumers. I was willing to pay a higher price because it came from Canada which I feel has stricter regulations and uses wild caught/ locally sourced ingredients.
I will be watching how this develops closely, as 1 of my 3 dogs is highly allergic and needs to eat not only grain free but also potato free food, which means limited choices.

I was born in Colombia, but have lived in South Florida the majority of my life. I presently have 3 dogs: Candy- pit bull/ american bulldog (5); JJ- pit bull mix (7) and Manimotique- pug (4 yrs old.)

    Hi Betsy:
Yes, I would love to know what other options would be available- she can’t have any type of potato (white, sweet, etc).

I already feed 2 of my 3 Dr Tim’s grain-free but my 3rd dog is now allergic to potatoes so I am forced to feed her Orijen. I’m shocked to not see it on the list- I’d love to know why…it’s the only dry grain free potato free dog food I have found. It’s very pricey however I thought it was a 5 star rated food.
