Hi Leslie: I have two standard schnauzers and Zignature is part of their rotation. They do really well on it. No gas, bloating and their coats look great. But, I too have a problem with the amount of poop. Even though it’s firm, it’s a lot and several times a day. They go about 3-4 times per day. I like that it has no chicken or potato. I definitely want to keep it in the rotation because I believe it’s a high quality food and the price point is good. However, I am looking for other foods I can add to the rotation in hopes of a little less poop. Other brands in our rotation are Horizon Legacy, Nulo and Fromm. We too have only fed grain free so I don’t have anything else to compare it too as far a poop frequency is concerned.

Amanda: my girls like all of the kibble from Zignature, Horizon Legacy (Salmon) and Fromm Lamb and Lentil. In our house, we avoid foods with Chicken. My dogs can tolerate it ok, but I do notice they scratch a little more when fed food with Chicken. Good luck.

Hi Diana: Fromm Lamb and Lentil grain free is part of our rotation. My 10 month old Standard Schnauzer does well on it. no problem with her poop at all. It’s an all stages food I believe.
