Jude BParticipant
Thank you, Patricia and Lacey. Hereās my latest issue. Nobody wants to eat in the morning. I now have to feed brunch and then a later dinner. Hah. These kids of mine are too much. I am feeding a little of the Stella and Chewy with their Farmers Dog. They like that, but I donāt give my little 19 year old that. I found if I put some baby food mixed in, little gerbers chicken sticks cut up, she will eat hers. She only wants to eat once a day, though. Iām hanging in there. This is a full time job!
Jude❤️🐾🐾Jude BParticipantThank you, Patricia. I am still trying things. A local store suggested the Stella and Chewy so I got some of that. They seemed to like for a few days, then not. Itās sitting out on the counter. By the way, does it have to be kept in the refrigerator ? Good advice re putting the food down for ten minutes, but my husband refuses to let me do that. Ughhh. I just got some Ollie and trying that. Maybe Iāll mix some Stella with that.
I made a mistake giving the 19 year old a day old crusted roll and now thatās all she wants. Begs by the side of my bed every night until I give her another one. Have to keep some on my nightstand for her. Isnāt that crazy?
Trying Fromm shredded beef and Weruva too. I could open my own pet food store. Weruva is very low salt so i got some of that. Their customer service is wonderful. Iām just trying everything. And Iām getting exhausted.
Iām going to try putting the food down for ten minutes behind my husbands back and see how that goes. This is getting ridiculous.
Thank you for your advice, Patricia!Jude BParticipantThank you, Bryan. Nothing yet. Still hopeful.
Jude BParticipantKathleen, Iāve had the same experience. Iāve changed to Honest Kitchen. Great reviews, and they love it. I got the basic and add the protein. Check it out.
JudeJude BParticipantThank you for that great information, Richard!!
JudeJude BParticipantThank you for responding. I am ordering the Annamaet today.
I always thought cooking for my pets was so much better for them. I do a lot of research to find healthy recipes. The dry food I feed them is Ancestry (not artisan) a 5 star. I mix that in with the turkey or meatloaf when I feed them. My Isabella just needs to lose a couple pounds. I call her chubby but she is not obese.
I am going to use the homemade as a topper and use more of the low fat dry food for Isabella. Thank you again!
JudeJude BParticipantHi, Marie
Thank you for responding. This is just what the vet said.
