I know that Earthborn Holistic Grain Free has at least one that is tiny kibble and it isn’t the Great Plains Feast, but I don’t know which one it is. Nature’s Variety Instinct is good sized too.

Try putting the chicken livers in a blender with some water so you have a “gravy” then freeze small portions in an ice cube tray and use that to coat the kibble.
