Thanks Jackie for the reply and recommendations. I have actually tried Cow and Pig ears both and he loves them but he started chewing small pieces off and choking on them so I stopped buying them. Never heard of the tripe before as I just searched it to see what it was. Very interesting and thanks for mentioning that!
