I use periodically Cetyl-M. It has bromelain, giner and garlic, and of course, cetyl-M (and probably some MSG!)

I love this site…one of the few places that offers such a complete and unbiased review of most dog foods.

However, I have to wince when someone says, “consult your veterinarian.” Every vet’s office that I’ve been to sells Science Diet. When I ask them about other foods they just shrug an point me to S.D. – not one of the best products on the market. They have very little interest in “wellness” and keep wanting to treat my dog’s allergies with prednisone and shots. I have not had a vet to date who was interested in discussing anything other than what they were taught in school. I can’t even imagine that they would know much about dog foods.

Read about the subject online. You will see that there is a 40% kick back if vet’s sell Science Diet. Also, big commercial dog food companies sponsor dog shows and even the AVMA.

Like people docs, vets are not there to keep your pet well….no profit in it.
